My carpets and tile are cleaner than they have been since they were new. I am so glad I heard Zerorez add and responded. The Zerorez operator was very professional. I will only be using Zerorez for floor cleaning from now on.

No sticky residue. Service tech was very personable and helpful.
I like that when the carpet dries (in a very short time, too) it is soft and fluffy and CLEAN. Other carpet cleaners have doe their job, the carpet looks better, but it's "crunchy" to walk on, and stiff to touch. That tells me Zerorez does a better job right up front.
The carpet stays looking good much longer than when I was using other services, so that's a huge plus. I'm glad I found you!
RINSE very thoroughly-leave as dry as possible-always rake without having to be asked to :)
my carpets came out nice and clean. However the truck spilled/dumped the dirty residue in my street right in front of my house; my streets were recently paved and it looks bad.

I Specifically asked for Roy when I made my appointment . I was promised that he would be the technician . On the day of my appointment, I got a phone call from Anthony.
I called the office only to be told that Roy was on a large commercial job. I felt that I should have been called so that I could reschedule. The morning of the job was too late since we had moved a lot of things out of the room!
We began using zerorez in 2006. Tony was this last appointment, and he was very through,and did a marvelous job. We would highly suggest to anyone that this company will do a great job, small or large..
