My house felt clean when you finished and there was no odor of dampness
Technicians are always friendly and seem to be more experienced than other companies. I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times by Zerorez and your work is always great.
Cleans carpet well
You came out and redid a room for free just because I wasn't totally satisfied. Amazing customer service, the best I have ever dealt with, and great job on the cleaning. Very happy with the final result.

Very thorough. Technicians are always excellent in their explanation and service.
This is a rental and I did not expect all the stains to be removed but I did expect a little more then a 45 minute job and some stains to have a least faded to some degree. I listen to your add on Marc and Mercedes in the morning and I love the idea of no residue left behind but if this is the result then maybe it needs more time or chemical and a good scrubbing. The cost was a hundred and forty dollars and I think it could have been much better. Name removed Email address removed Thank your for time.

I have been a customer with Zerorez for 2 yrs and always have been extremely satisfied. I like the fact that their product is pet friendly and the service is very professional plus the carpets are dry within 6 hrs. and are not saturated and take 3 days to dry like other cleaning companies. They are the BEST and I would absolutely recommend them plus they are reasonable and always have great specials!!!
Thouroghness of cleaning
They do what they claim to do! My carpet looks great! I want to comment on Brett, who did my carpet. I found him to be extremely pleasant and professional. He is an excellent representative of your company and my carpet shows the wonderful results of his efforts and the product.
All natural products used. Quick and efficient. Friendly staff. However, did not come on the day I was scheduled for which left my house in disarray. I called the following morning and they were able to get some out within five hours.

Quality
I was very satisfied with the technician and the job he did. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the floor took too long to dry. He finished around 11:00 and said it would take around 6 hours to dry. It was still wet when we went to bed at 10:30 therefore we couldn't put the furniture back in the rooms. When we got up this morning one of the rooms was still damp and so were the stairs. I kept the heat on all day and all night at 74 degrees.

When your company cleans our carpets they look as good as the day we had them installed and that's been about 8 or 9 years. They also are so soft and stand up nice, again just like new. I love the fact there is no soap used and they smell so good too.
The carpets look great! The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful once on site.
