Great job by your guys. Professional all the way. My husband had just had a hernia surgery 2 days prior and was instructed not to pick up anything heavier than a gallon of milk. I requested there be 2 men come to help lift and move rugs. Thank you, thank you.....both men did a fantastic job. I will call Zerorez in the future to clean my grout. Good job guys.

I like your product and the people but there were a lot of spots that reappeared after a few days. Your radio adds I remember from the past say that this will not happen.

In addition, your staff has always been excellent, both professional and courteous. They have always handled minor special requests without haggling over additional charges. Whenever we do request and additional service while they are here we feel we get a good value.

Make sure your techs us hot water every time. I can see a big difference between the times hot water is used and when cold water is used.
