I love the fresh clean carpet after your techs are finished with the cleaning. The last cleaning lasted a year. My carpet was filthy--at least I thought so. I laud your praises to everyone who mentions carpet cleaning. I have referred several customers to you recently. I firs heard about your service when Heidi Harris was a wwell-known, well-respcted KDWN commentator. The only negative comment I have as it pertains to my past visit is that your technician asked to use a customer's private restroom on entering their home. There are many options for them. There are service (gas) sations on every corner practically and also McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. I find it rude to ask to use a customer's restroom. There seems to be plenty of time between their jobs to use a public restroom appropriate to their vicinity. Thanks you for asking my feedback.
Carpet is soft and has a clean smell. Jerod was very thorough doing the cleaning.
the person that came over very clean cut and respectful...best carpet cleaners ever!! I`m a clean freak too.. not many get my attention.. we have 7 other homes I`m hiring you guys for each one.. we will be calling you to do the Red Rock homes.. soon..
We are trying to get all the residue out of our carpets from other companies..zeroez is doing an excellent job..
I am very disappointed. The work was fine but the tech said there would be additional charges for oversized room, closets, sanitizing etc.- not 3 rooms for $99 as you advertise. If your ad had mentioned that there might be additional charges, no problem - but this is an upsell and I think it is VERY misleading to the public. I don't like it and I'm sure nobody else does either. I WON'T be recommending Zerorez

Have tried other cleaning services in the past. Zerorez is the best, doesnt take long to dry and everything looks new when the rep is done. The rep is very informative and nice. Will never use anyone/anything but zerorez. Thanks again for the years of great service.

I guess that when I had other people clean the carpets, they included the dining area as part of the living room. The carpets still look and I will use Zeorez in the future.

If it costs money to operate the van to do the cleaning then it is the cost of doing business.
To advertise a price and then say...oh by the way there is a charge for fuel to operate the equipment is false advertising regarding the actual costs. A good company does not need to operate in this manner.
As far as the work, we are happy with the results and the person explaining everything they are doing and what to expect in results.

You do a great job. I think some consideration should be given to room size. I live in a condo with very small rooms (living room is 10x10). The tech pretreated, cleaned and protected 3 rooms in about 15 minutes. Charge was $170. That is very high for 15 minutes. Thank you. First name removed Maizel
Personal very professional, concerned with walls, & clean up.
Results met my expectations . Ben was very good.
My carpets always look great after I have Zerorez clean them and they stay clean longer than with other methods I have tried.
The service people have always been courteous and helpful. I feel very comfortable having them in my house.
