Prompt scheduling, extremely courteous both on phone and service tech @ home
No over spray on furniture, inside unit quiet compared to others with motors, no worry of residue for my children (2 dogs :)) to lick and get sick. Personable employees doing the work in you home is a good thing. No fumes to inhale, dries quickly, looks great!!
