OUR CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY. IT HAD BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED AND WE HAVE 2 DOGS. THE CARPET LOOKS REALLY GOOD AND WE ARE SATISFIED.
The complete removal of tracking on the carpet. It did take longer than I planned, for it to dry. I can live with that as long as it is cleaned properly.
The 5 hour arrival window is not convenient for anyone I know, myself included, and for this reason alone, I am unsure that I would use this company again.

Really happy with the overall experiance. My carpet feels and looks great, especially the carpet in my office which had never been cleaned before (18 years of never) and all the old stains are gone. Ben and Camille were friendly and efficent. Be expecting to hear from friends and family.

The carpets looked clean BUT they did not look nice. there were lines left on all 6 carpets. I expected them to look like brand new especially for the price. When I hired chemdry they always looked great when they left. I am not satisfied.

The driver was early and called ahead of time! That was AWESOME!!! Thank you! I wish though, that there was not so much water left behind. He explained that it would be dry in about six hours. It was more like 16 hours! seriously! I had water leak from my carpet into my bathroom and pool there. If I hadn't seen it ahead of time, I could have slipped on it. I soaked it all up with a towel. That's how much water was in the carpet. I think it would be cool if they could go over the area's a little more and suck up the water more. It would help with the drying process.
I GUESS EXPLAIN THE PRODUCT AND HOW IT IS DIFFERS FROM THE OTHER PLACES. I HAD A CHEAPER QUOTE AND I SEEN THEIR WORK LOOKS THE SAME. IF YOURS IS A DEEPER CLEAN CLEAN OR LONGER LASTING, SAY SO.IF I DIDN'T HAVE A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY I WOULD NOT HAVE FELT CONFIDENT IN THE SERVICES. I ALSO DIDN'T LIKE BEING ASKED IF THE WORK WAS DONE,THEY SHOULD KNOW. I HAD RED STAINS THEY SAID WOULDN'T COME OUT WHICH WAS FINE,BUT THERE ARE NORMAL STAINS LEFT BEHIND THAT I HAD TO SPOT CLEAN,THOSE CAME OUT. BASED ON THESE THINGS I'M NOT IMPRESS.I JUST HOPE IT WASN'T A WASTE OF MONEY,I GUESS I'LL SEE.
