I like the fact that the carpet does not now contain a large quantity of chemicals, soaps, etc., which will just quickly pick up dirt. Also, it is very clean, soft and fresh. It looks better that I ever thought it could... especially the stairs. Your service technician, Andrew, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I already have recommended Zerorez to two people.
My carpets loosk like new...they dried fast...the gentlemen were very nice and I have recommended zerorez to 3 of my friends already.

So far the carpet looks amazing. Andrew was very professional and helpful. I like the idea of no soap residue and chemicals.

Upon the drying of the carpet there are streaks from the equipment used. I have vacuumed several times and the streaks are not entirely gone. I finally took a large broom to the carpet and that helped somewhat but they still remain.
They were great!! And the service text was amazing. So polite and professional.

Why was the carpet crunchy when it dried?
Brandon did a good job. however, in the morning there was a large rust spot near the wall in the livingroom. We will be calling to hopefully have him come back to try and take out the spot.
They work well
Service has been excellent, despite a delay when hoses burst - was rectified very promptly. The result on our tile has been excellent - things look much improved and the guys did a good job with our upholstery as well. Feels like things are new again !
Unfortunately due to an air conditioning problem we had, our casita tile remains to be done on Wednesday next week and we have not yet received any of our carpets back from Zerorez. 5 wool carpets that were cleaned in house look fantastic.

Cleaned up very nice. No residue,its been a week and no stains.
Your service people are very nice and do an excellent job. I have had my carpets cleaned and the airducts cleaned and were very impressed with the work. The only complaint I have is that they show up so late for the appointments. ie my appointment was for between 1-4 and they arrived at 5:30. This happened both times I have had service.
No chemicals, and technician knows his products and services. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of our carpets and the service received from Zerorez.
Everything. Technicians were great (Jan & Edward), carpets came out looking best in years. Price didn't 'break the bank.'
