The carpets look so much nicer and they ate not crunchy. The technician I believe his name was Anthony was very informative and nice. He really seemed well informed about your products and holds your company in high regard. It was nice to heat someone that enjoys what they do and.

I like the fact that the products you use are pet friendly,it smells wonderful, the carpect stays cleaner "much" longer than any other service I have used and your staff is very professional and helpful. your techs are professional, clean and neat. I'm very happy with the way my carpets turn out. plus each time I've scheduled an appointment the techs that are dispatched are the same people that have been to my home before. so that tells me that Zerorez takes care of their employees which says a lot to me.

I called reporting needing a few touch ups. I need to see them again this Friday if possible!!!!
The service man did not put on booties when he walked through my house. When I asked him why he didn't, he said that he would only put them on after he cleaned the rugs if he had to walk on them, and, after all, he was dragging the hoses through the house anyway. I didn't think that was a nice reply. Also he was alone, and could not put anything under the furniture to protect it from the water. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that they put protectors under the furniture. Obviously, that was not true. At least the carpets looked clean.
Our technician was friendly and professional
I have used Zerorez 5 times now, this time we were charged for 2 rooms for the living room because of square footage yet when they do the bedroom and bathroom which are much smaller we do not pay for half a room. My feeling is the 3 rooms average out. I was very disappointed when I saw the bill. I am not sure if I will continue to use the service. Name removed Butcher

I like the fresh, clean smell--no chemical smell that lingers. I also appreciated Anthony, the knowledgeable, personable, and professional technician who came to clean the carpet. Anthony explained the process and added some additional information about the product. I plan to call Zero Rez in the future to continue keeping my carpet clean and fresh. Thank you!

The people who came to my home were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The associates were professional and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they were willing to move furniture. Another company I had worked with in the past would not move even a coffee table! I didn't ask them to move the furniture, they just did it. They did a great job too!
My carpet looks greatly improved and was dry by the evening. We would be happy to use your service again when needed.
