I am not at all disappointed with Zerorez. You did a fine job. It is a practice of mine to not make recommendtions.
I liked that I could actually see the dirt and filth that was coming out of my carpet. There's no doubt that zerorez did a much better job than other competitors that we've used before.
I like how I was able to get my carpet cleaned the same day that I called. That was very nice when the night before my kids were throwing up all over the house.
