My carpets look great. Zerorez was able to send someone out the same day I called with my emergency. Jan, the service provider, was very personable and had the carpets cleaned in no time.

Also I have (veneer) hardwood flooring which was filthy, dried white substance after carpets were cleaned. The last time I hired you the process took much longer than this past cleaning, perhaps you were in a hurry to serve your next client.
I have had about three other carpet cleaners and your process is the best and stays cleaner a lot longer. I have already recommended to my sister and daughter.
