Professional, friendly, trustworthy service. My carpets were CLEANED! Our 15+ year-old carpet looked new again! Almost 2 weeks later, and they're still fresh and beautiful. As a housewife, I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. As a pet-owner, I absolutely recommend this product. My husband was so amazed that he said, "Wow... we got MORE THAN OUR MONEY'S WORTH !"
The carpet cleaning was great but the tile cleaning wasn't great at all. The tile looks all scratched up now and a lot of grout is missing.
Carpet wasn't as clean as I'd hoped
The cost was twice what I have paid for steam cleaning in the past and was over charged, I believe for hallway and full for just going into walk are into bedrooms. Was not told of the cost before starting and was quite surprised. I'm a widow on fixed income and really wasn't prepared for this amount!
Your representative (Edward) was great. He has a talent for PR. He did a fantastic job with our old carpet; better then others that we have had clean our carpet.
Customer service can be improved. Call back when you say you will.

The coupon I received mentioned $29 per room. It did not specify $5 a step per stairs or an $8.00 fuel charge.

Snake sure all areas asked to be cleaned are completed wipe up water on tile as this leaves residue

I noticed an area on the front arm of the couch that was missed. I only noticed it now, but the dirty area could not be caused by a spill. Selecting Zerorez would avoid this, so I thoughr.
I like the way it drys...no crusty residue.
Some spots didn't clean up completely, the pile in the one room that has pile carpeting doesn't look "fluffy" anymore, plus the machine left streaks all over the carpet in every room that were still noticeable the next day, even after vigorously using a carpet rake on the room with pile. I didn't have these things happen the last time I used Zerorez. Other than that, the carpets feel and smell clean and the technician was very cordial and seemed to know the products very well.
Did a great job of getting my wine stain out. The tile looks like new.

My expectations for quality versus price in comparison to other companies used were not met. Tech was fantastic, polite, professional, and did a great job. But for less money, I get just as good of a clean and even more service from Blue Bird Carpet Company. I returned to them for my tile cleaning and will return to them for my carpet cleaning. Not only are they cheaper, do a fantastic job, but sent out multiple workers to help with moving of furniture and other items that I am unable to handle on my own. Better bang for the buck.
