Prompt friendly service.

I liked the guys that came out. They were great. Unfortunately, my floor is still as dirty as before. It's also still wet after nearly 36 hrs. I've had windows and doors open for hours and it's still damp. My feet and socks are also still getting black as before the service was done. I'm not convinced that my money was well spent.

I never got the estimate. Only a verbal price. I was told I would be emailed the total quote, and nothing. Oh well.

pin down your arrival times more closely, morning meetings cut into work, so do the meeting if you must but be able to arrive at 8 am

The professionalism of the young man who cleaned our carpet. Edward didn't waste any time - He went right to work and finished the job in no time. He suggested we put have him put "Scotch Guard" on our carpet to keep stains from setting in and making the next carpet cleaning "a breeze" to do. We did as he suggested and the end result was way above
our expectations.

Ray the technician was fabulous: professional, honest, hard-working and meticulous. Carpets and kitchen floor look fantastic, but I believe a lot of that was due to the care that Ray took in doing the job.

They were timely polite and did their best to make the job a success. I use them for both my personal and business needs. if i were to say anything bad it be thiere a big pricey, but overall id still use them i like their Quality and Customer Service.

I love that you don't use harsh chemicals and that the carpets stay clean looking long after the treatment. Your service people are always very courteous. You may be a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it!!
