The technician was prompt, extremely courteous and seemed genuinely interested that I was comely pleased with his service.
Move furniture or advise us to move furniture. The tech did not move or put furntire on blocks. He went around the furniture, never under it.

I was not present at the time of the cleaning. I was told it would dry in a few hours but my staff said it was wet/damp for about 5. they also said the "fumes" were very strong and they couldn't work the rest of the day. However, the carpets look great! I love the concept and am hoping the "fumes" were the scent of the essential oils that were used as a pre-treatment (like I was told would be used). If it's only treated with the ionzied water, there shouldn't have been any chemicals used or smelled. Overall, happy client. Just won't know what to tell others I refer about the immediate post treatment.
Price is a little higher than comparable companies. Hoses left white powdery residue on wood floors this time.

communications between the scheduler and the cleaning technician as to what areas are to be cleaned could be improved. The guy who arrived at my home did not seem to know what work was to be completed.

The technician was friendly, worked quickly and kept me informed as he worked. He cautioned me that the door would remain open while he was working should I be worried about my cat getting out.
