I like the professionalism and the product of your company. All my rugs and carpets are truly cleaned and free of stains. The home cleaner I purchased was the best and most effective cleaner I have ever used. Your servicemen are prompt, courteous and professional. Dry time was incredibly fast - carpets looked amazing - no crunchy feeling when you walked on the carpets and by the next day totally dry. The technician, Seth, was very professional and conscientious about performing the job. I will definitely use Zerorez again and share my experience with all.

While wet the carpet looked great; however, once dry there was no distinguishable improvement with stains that could not be gotten out via normal means.
