Your employee was thorough, up front about the worn areas before proceeding with work, and was timely in his work habits. It was my first experience using Zerorez, and in hindsight, I would probably treat a few areas before having the complete job done. But, it is much fresher-looking and cleaner than before the service was done.

I was told by a friend who had her carpet cleaned the week before, how unhappy she was with the technician sent to her. I almost canceled based on her experience. Colby went above and beyond to take care of my request to ensure my two distinct traffic patterns were cleaned thoroughly. My 1996 carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction, and I am pleased with the results. I may even squeak out a year or two more from my aqua-coloured carpet. I love the results. Thank you for sending Colby my way. He deserves a "hefty pat on the back". I've told everyone at work to ask for him.

I like the fact that it is said to be "0" residue left behind on the carpets to attract dirt; I also like the type of protectorant Zerorez uses.
This is the second time I've used them and I'm very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the drivers but more importantly they job the do. I've used other cleaners in the past, (even one seen on tv) and wasn't really satisfied. The carpets although looked clean, they didn't stay that way for long. Even worse was how long it took for the carpets to dry.
When zerorez cleans the carpets, they are dry in less than four hours, they are clean and stay that way for quite a while. As a bonus, your house smells like citrus when they leave.
