Seth was punctual,knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor!! This carpet is CLEAN, soft and the house still smells lightly of an orange grove. We live ina rental and the landlord said it was cleaned before we moved in...he was WRONG!! It's clean now and we will use only you guys in the future. Sorry it took so long for me to respond. We had internet issues. Thanks again and we will spred the word!!!

No residue
Chris was VERY polite. He had a concise and detailed review of how the Zerorez system works. He was also early after calling ahead to see if it was o.k. to show up early. I was surprised on how quick the entire process worked. I enjoyed having someone in the house who looked and acted like a professional. This is a HUGE plus when dealing with a new company and product.
The ugly white couch is like new again. No one has ever been able to get the spots out. Your product did.
The service as always was top notch and professional. I have referred Zerorez to friends and family, and will continue to do so. My carpet looks like new again, and I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals used. Thanks for another great job!

I was told the carpet would not be "crunchy" but it took 8hours to dry and my carpet is very crunchy.
1) Service tech just stood at the door... did not say "high" or "I'm from Zerorez"
2) They did not move many pieces of funiture
3) They left stains in the rug under the easy chair they had to move to clean.

We choose Zerorez to clean our carpets because we just had a baby and we wanted safe products. Customer service was excellent. Technician arrived early and ready to work. I explained and showed the areas of my concern. We had just cleaned our living room less than 30days ago with a rental but we weren't happy. Our high traffic areas needed some attention. The technician pretreated with a nice smelling citrus solution and with in an hour and a half he was done and the carpets looks GREAT!!! He was very professional and we plan on using Zerorez from now on.
Last minute request for service due to unexpectedly being at home for the day. Same day service, technician was very diligent in the process and the dry time was incredibly fast, I believe due to the time and effort the technician took to ensure the job was done right.
