The technician actually called to see if it was OK for him to show up earlier than our scheduled time. What a rarity and much appreciated! He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and did an excellent job. Our carpets haven't looked this good in years.

Everything....for the first time since we moved in, the kitchen floor has stayed relatively dirt and stain free for more than a few days after cleaning....there was a big spot on the rug when we moved in and it has disappeared....my friends have seen the results and needless to say, they were similarly impressed....Zerorez is definitely the right way to clean.

There was one stain that the technician wouldn't be a problem and it is still there. The stain wasn't terribly bad and I have had stains that were darker removed by other companies.
