I heard about Zerorez on the radio and looked into it further on their website. It caught my attention due to the process they use. I watched the videos on their website and was impressed. I had a very large area of carpet and tile to be cleaned but found Zerorez's pricing to be reasonable. From the customer service representative that scheduled our service to he technician who came to our home and cleaned our carpet and tile, we were extremely pleased and would recommend Zerorez and will definitely use their services again. Brian was the technician and he did a wonderful job! He offered other services while he was here cleaning carpets. He offered to clean the grout in my bathroom for free to see if I would like to have the grout cleaned in the rest of the house. Wow! After seeing the difference, how could I dare say no! He also sprayed a protectant on my carpets after he cleaned them. He was extremely courteous and professional and he left me with a very clean house which makes me a very satisfied customer. Your team is great! I will definitely refer you to friends and family.
