Your service technician arrived a little early from scheduled time. He explained the process and approximate amount of time. My carpets look new again! He did a sample cleaning of the tile/grout - AMAZING. The technician moved furniture when possible to get as much cleaned on tile and carpet. Your technician had the personal touch and assisted me with my escape artist dog when I had to leave unexpectantly.

I have berber carpet installed in 1994. It is off white and I can't believe how clean it is after Zerorez cleans it. My carpet dries fast and has no lasting smell. The cleaners have always been very efficient and courteous.
The service was very good this time around. The carpets looked very good unlike the last time you cleaned them for me. The representitive was very professional and he also raked my living room carpet which made a big difference in the drying process as he said it would.
