It's rare these days to find a company that truly stands apart from the rest. Zerorez is the only company I trust to care for my home's interior. The staff is always courteous and professional, and my 9 year old carpets stay just like new. Thank you, Zerorez!

Your products can be used on various services and no shampoo is used. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The service man that came to my house was named Seth Taft. He did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Zerorez has a standout employee in him and I am definitely a repeat customer as a result.

Carpet cleaned very well. I did not expect old odors to come to life. It is no fault of Zerorez, just from the carpet being old, the cleaning brought to life old odors. The carpets look great, hoping the smell goes away after a few vacuums. Carpets cleaned Friday, vacuumed Sat and Sun and noticed improvement in smell. Will try and vacuum daily over the next week or so and see if that helps.
We have used Zerorez exclusively since 2006 (when we bought our first home) and have LOVED the results. We are always amazed at how much better our carpets look after being cleaned by Zerorez. Also, the personnel are always friendly, efficient, knowledgable and on time!! I will continue to encourage my friends and family to use Zerorez!
