The technician was informative and polite. The citrus cleaner cleaned stains I never thought would come out of the carpet. The floor tile and grout cleaning was amazing.

I was very impressed with Chris who did a great job on my carpets,,,they are 13 years old and very dirty. He came in and in 1 1/2 hours had cleaned LR.DR.Den and hallway and it looked great. I liked the NO Resdue and the clean smell. I liked the steam clean and watched the vacuum suck the dirt right out. I have already told lots of people how impressed I was. I almost used Stanley Steamer but definatly will use you for any future cleaning I need. I was VERY Impressed ...Sarah

Very professional, punctual, thorough and friendly.

I like that your company is environmentally sound and agree with the science behind truly cleaning something by leaving it with zero residue rather than camouflaging it with scented soaps that are left behind in the fabric. I remember learning in 11th grade chemistry class that soap is an effective cleaning agent because it breaks the water tension and acts as a magnet to dirt. That being said, if you use too much soap or don't effectively rinse all of the soap out of your fabrics, you haven't removed the dirt. All you've managed to do is mask the odor of the dirt by bonding it with detergent that is an additional residue now added to your already soiled clothing. It's why second rinses are a good idea in washing machine cycles. You wouldn't put shampoo in your hair to cover the smell of dirty hair yet not rinse it out.... you aren't allowing soap to complete it's job if you don't thoroughly rinse and leave ZERO REZidue.

Ben was an excellent technician. He was straightforward about what I could expect from my carpet cleaning and he performed the carpet cleaning in an efficient manner. The Home and Patio Special was a real bargain and I'm sure I'll be there at the next show to do the same.

Carpets looked great, and Patrick did a wonderful job. He was careful with wood floor areas, cleaning up any scuff marks from hoses. He also protected wall corners to prevent damage. Love the smell, will definitely use again.

Service person explained upfront what stains he would most likely be able to remove and which ones were not likely to come up. He explained the whole process and was very friendly.
