Don't stick it to us after your alresdy there doing work. I'll always remember that the $99. job end up at $250. by the time you leave. I know everyone does it but that doesn't set well with the customer.

This was the first time having a professional carpet cleaning done (was required prior to the move) but the owner of the place mentioned that it's better than the one they usually have their carpet cleaned.

Spencer was excellent in testing an area and was very forthright about what Zerorez could do for the grout in that it would not be possible to restore to the original color but would clean the dirtiest areas. He was very thorough, personable, and honest.
