Your products work (there hasn't been anything you haven't gotten out of our carpets!), your technicians are knowledgeable and very courteous, and your prices are good.
Did the job and technician was very professional
Just had first service, so seeing how we like it. did awesome on our couch for pet odor.
Spencer was on time and explained the service he was to perform for me. He also went over the cost that we had agreed upon at the Home and Garden Show. Spencer cleaned the carpets in my 5 rooms and a hallway in 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the carpets were dry the next day they looked great.

the odor was our main concern and they took care of us and said if we were not
completely satisfied they would come back and make it right. this is a wonderful
thing for customers to know - even if there is no need to come back - they did a great
