The last time my carpet was cleaned by you 6 months ago the man did a better job. This
time it only took him 15 minutes. I could understand that maybe some of the dog spots
would not come clean. My dog had been sick a few weeks prior. I did the best I could
to clean it. However, there were just dirty spots that could have come up. My last time
was much better and a better job was done. I don't believe you can do a good job in

The technician was the face of the company. Brian was organized with his process and considerate with his equipment. When I explained what I wanted (didn't want the dirt release oil sprayed up the stairs) he kindly complied. The method seemed very sound and the results were great. Yes, I have contractor grade carpet that is just over 2 years old. Yes, it shows definite signs of wear - but Zerorez was able to remove the spots and give the area a fresh, unmarked look. Brian cleared away his equipment carefully and my stone foyer was wiped dry before he left. I will definitely use them again.
