The service technician was very informative prior to service about all of the products he would be using and what to expect. We have used Zerorez several times in the past and have always been pleased with the service and products used.
I just like the fact that the cleaning is done so efficiently and without the suds and other residues. Plus the reps who come out are very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and service.
The carpet dried fairly quick and looked really good. The Zerorez associate was very well informed on the product which made me feel comfortable in his ability to do the job well.
Having no residue left behind on my carpets to attract dirt is a main concern for me. ZeroRex is also does a great job cleaning my sectional sofa too when it's needed.

Very polite and professional young man cleaned the sofas . The result was visibly brighter sofas with all pet hair removed !!! The sofas were slightly damp to the touch , but without any sticky "residue" feel. Very happy customer.

technition was very thorough. The carpets look great. Even the "high traffic" areas.
I did have to ask him to retreat one specific area that was especially dirty. He was
very polite and quickly retreated it. I am very happy with the service. I hope the
carpets continue to look this good for a while. If so, I will be sharing your name with
everyone. I have had carpet cleaning done in the past that looked good for about a week
and then all the old spots came back. Hoping for continued clean. Thanks.
I'm not sure what you used to clean the Berber carpet in our home office but the room now has a bad chemical type of smell coming from it. That room had no odor prior to the carpet being cleaned.
The old spots and stains on the carpet came out better than I expected.

I really love how it is safe for my daughter to be around and there is no soapy residue left once the technician was finished. Most importantly it only took a few hours to dry and our rooms were functional again! Our technician spencer was extremely informative and professional.

The tech did not have the experience or knowledge to properly clean the floors in the house. Spencer splashed stripper all over the baseboards in the dining area And in the kitchen. Dave came out and did attempt to correct the stain on the kitchen cabinet. However, He has made no contact after he stai Ed the the cabinet. He also promised to take care of the problem with the tile in the bathroom and there has been no follow up from him on the tile issue in the bathroom.
