great cleaning job the best I ever had done to my old carpets

I really like your method of doing the carpets and the upholstery. My carpets turned out beautifully and I loved the feel of the carpet after it dried. They felt so soft and fluffy. My carpets never felt like that before when I used other carpet cleaning companies.My sofa and two chairs that were done look like they are brand new. The technician (Chris) who did my carpets and upholstery items explained everything to me and answered all my questions I had. Chris did a really great job. I'm hooked on Zerorez now and no other carpet cleaning company is going to touch my carpeting again. I will be calling again to have my carpets cleaned by you when it comes time. The service man was prompt and courteous; the process was clean with no cleanup on our part; he moved furniture to clean under and around it (usually a high traffic area); and, most importantly, the rugs looked wonderful when he finished!

Your Business Representative (Seth) was outstanding. He "sold" your company to me while he was taking care of the carpets. My wife had heard about the company via Arthur Crofton's radio program and wanted to give Zerorez a try. Seth came in to our home and did such a great job for us that this is the company that we would ask back to do more work in our house in the future. SO.......I am thinking that the representative was the KEY for my recommendation. I can't say that your product is better, but I think your rep did an OUTSTANDING job and I would tell folks to ask for him by name!!

Chris was polite, efficient and courteous. I love having the carpet dry so quickly. As we left the next day for KY, I don't know if any of the spots will 'bleed back thru'. But if they do, I would not consider it a strike against you. There were some bad spots. Grout did not come as clean as I had hoped but again, not your fault. It had apparently never been sealed. Upholstery looked great. I have suggested my dtr-in-law use Zerorez if there is one in Louisville KY.

The service person was excellent. The carpets are very clean and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He answered any questions I had. Very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to use zerorez again.

Your employee was thorough, up front about the worn areas before proceeding with work, and was timely in his work habits. It was my first experience using Zerorez, and in hindsight, I would probably treat a few areas before having the complete job done. But, it is much fresher-looking and cleaner than before the service was done.
