How fast the Service was. The process that Zerorez uses to Clean the carpets.
Our carpets and/or furniture have been cleaned by Zerorex several times. There is no residue and all are dry within 4-5 hrs max. The gentlemen are polite and are professional young men. From the time Patrick walked in our house he set up everything and was done in a timely manner making no mess and did a wonderful job. This time we only had 3 rooms of carpet done and again a very satisfied customer! I would highly recommend Zerorex!

The cleaning is phenomenal. We have used your service twice and both times the personnel were helpful and knowledgeable about the service provided. This time we had to have a special cleaning service due to the death of our 14 yr old grandson. The young men were sensitive to our needs and were very kind and helpful. Great service, friendly staff, clean smell, carpet stays cleaner longer. I have only used this company while in this house to keep the carpets looking good.
The last time the carpet in the family room was especially dirty due to new dogs. While the stains first disappeared, I did notice that some shadow stains appeared again. This had never happened before. Can I do anything about these stains?
