The carpet cleaning was completed at 2:30 pm Saturday afternoon. I was informed that the carpets would be dry within about eight to ten hours. I have had the overhead fans ON in both the Den and the Master Bedroom since then. Today, Monday, at 10:00 pm, the carpets are still damp. This is 55 hours after completion of the job. We will be sleeping in another location in our home tonight. Hopefully, they will be completely dry soon. Name removed
I had two area rugs that I bought over 15 years ago. They have never been cleaned. After they were cleaned I was very pleased and will definitely recommend zerorez to friends and family as well as use them again for myself

Ben was very professional and explained procedure before starting. I have a sensitivity to fragrances so the dlimonene was an issue for me. I would suggest if you have a sensitivity to plan to be away from house for the day. We were gone most of the day and left fans, air on. When we returned it was still strong so we opened all doors, fans all remained on, etc. It took about 2 days before the fragrance subsided. Other than my personal issue we were pleased with the service.
