Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about product and services offered.
However we did have a spot that came up on Sunday morning (carpet cleaned on Saturday afternoon) that was not there prior to the cleaning. I used a remover on it and the spot was removed. I will contact you should it surface again.

After two multi-step cleanings back to back, my carpet still has very strong pet odor. It is almost as bad as before cleaning, in spite of several chemicals for the problem. The carpet is less than a year old and should be easier to clean. I do wash my dogs, but the smell remains after carpet cleanings. It was already cleaned 6-months ago with another company. I was expecting better results from using the Zerorez process, but I see little difference after service. It still stinks like dog (not waste).

My tile looks AMAZING!!! (however, there was some residue left on my vinyl flooring) I am still tring to get it off after a week.....I would still use your company, just saying' (no residue??)
