Your service representative was extremely nice and careful, plus the carpets are very clean and fresh. One problem was the citrus odor, which was too strong for me. Next time I will ask for fragrance free products.

Zerorez is always prompt polite and respectful. I like that if something is to heavy for me to move they always help me. They tell me what they are about to do ask if I have questions. They are never pushy about selling other services, they just ask if you'd like more information or if it's something you might be interested in. That's it. I also love the way I get my payment statement and bill in my e-mail. Did I mention the whole pet friendly Eco awesome process? It is so cool, no sticky soap left wet to attract more dirt when they are done just nice clean carpet maybe just a little damp but not like the other guys! Give them a call get the three room special if it's going on, can't beat the price, or service and you'll you'll never call the "soapy" guys again!

Seth did an excellent job! The carpet looked wonderful after Zerorez cleaned it. I did not think some of the stains would come out but they did and it looks great!

There are places that still have spots that did not come clean.
The tech came after dark ,and places were not
done or could not be seen. We should have them done over again
but because of the time of year probably will not get done untill after hollidays.

My carpet (more than 10 years old) always looks new once you are done
Patrick arrived early to our appointment, was very efficient and very informative about how the process worked and how he would proceed. He finished in a more than reasonable time and my caprets and tile have never been so clean! We were very satisfied with the results and with Patrick. You have converted us from a Chem-Dry customer of more than 8 years.
Dependability
Steve was our tech this time and he was outstanding. We had to use another company last time due a warranty issue and there was no comparison. We will use Zerorez from now on. The carpet looks great too. We will have them do the other half of our house next month
