My carpet looks great but stinks in a different way than it did before the dirt loosening, the wash, the pet treatment, and the "Scotch-guard." The smell permeates the house and I have written you about it with no response. Perhaps you are closed on Saturdays. I have company coming and hope the smell resolves itself quickly or you can do something about it. Please respond at Phone number removed. Thanks

I like that there are not a lot of chemical smells. I have multiple allergies and enjoy my carpet cleaned with water. I prefer not to have that final treatment on my carpet and the associates always comply with my wishes.
Technician did a great job, offered another service while he was here.
