We paid extra to have additional service for pet stain and odoer removal and the stains are still visible in the carpet as well as the order. The carpet also feels like there is a film of some sort on it as well.
They really do get rid of the spots. I have used other companies to clean my carpets. They would look great for a day or two then the spots would reappear.

The carpets are great however I now have water damage on the bottom of my bathroom baseboards from when my tile was cleaned. A lot of water was placed on the floor upon cleaning which damaged baseboards.
