I liked the fact that there was no residue
I felt like the young man kept watching the clock. I had to point out several spots that were missed and then once he left I noticed in the 2nd room he didn't get the spot I had showed him that needed to be gone over again. When I did tell him about spots that I didn't think he had gotten to, he blamed it on daily traffic and that he can't make the carpet new. I know about traffic areas and the area did look better after it was gone over again, but I had to argue the point. Also the carpet was very wet when he left, to the point I used my steam cleaner to suck up more water. He just needed to take more time after the wash sucking up the water.
Drying time
Best cleaning yet! I have used zero Rez several times but your technician was particularly thorough, knowledgable, friendly, and considerate during this visit. I would recommend your company to anyone who has aging carpets and pets. Thank you!

Courtesy, on time (or early if ok with the homeowner), explaination of work being performed, explanation of additonal services that could be performed. The work was performed quickly but most important--efficient.

Very professional, neat, clean service
The contact on the phone was not conveyed appropriately. I needed a written proposal and the follow on call and email referenced execution of the service. This felt like a little forcing down the throat of your services. Spencer, the field service rep, was accomodating and was looking to do the best he could to complete this effort of getting me a proposal.
Overall, so far the accommodation was fine...
Zerorez products clean the best, leave no soapy residue and protect from future stains better than anything we've ever used.
