Carpets stay cleaner longer
Ben was very nice and knowledgable. He took the time to explain the process to me, and I really appreciated that. I asked him if he would be able to clean the floors under the couch and he assured me that it wasn't a problem. I told him to let me know if he needed help moving anything.
He did not clean under the couches nor did he move small bed side tables. He also missed a fairly obvious stain in our loft. Again, he was very professional in our conversation and I was comfortable with him in my house, but I was disappointed that he did not complete the job as I had hoped. The areas that he did clean turned out beautifully and I am happy with that part of the service.
Promptness of truck arrival and efficiency of getting the job done was greatly appreciated. The carpet looks very, very clean.

the promptness of the representative coming and the professional advise he gave me and the assurance that if stains came back in 30 days he would return to treat the stains. Technician was very friendly, on time, {in fact a few minutes early, which rarely happens when waiting for a service-type appointment} did a great job cleaning the carpets, and although I added another room to be cleaned in addition to what I had originally planned, I was not hit for additional fees to clean spots, etc. This is why we called Zerorez for a second time to do our carpet cleaning! Love the service!
Natural & the service man was quite knowledgable
While Seth did a great job and the carpets and sofas/chairs look great, many parts of the carpeting were still wet at 10 pm last night. He left at 1:15 pm. The sofas and chairs were still wet this morning. I've never had any cleaning take this long to dry and it we just fortunate that we were able to be on the porch as it was warm. We were told that everything would be dry in 4-6 hours.
No chemicals left behind.

Not having to use soap...
When I called to set up appointment, the woman on the phone was very helpful and able to answer all my questions regarding the cleaning process. When the serviceman came to pick up my rugs he was polite. Also, he was careful when moving furniture. When the rugs were brought back they were placed back in the rooms and the servicemen made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
Technician did a great job and spots came out very well. This is my first time using your service so I will look forward to see if it looks good in the coming weeks.
