cleans carpet, just as they promise
Very friendly service - from when I first called to make the appointment until the completion of the service call at my house.
The products that were used provided the results that matched my expectations.
High traffic regions of carpet did not come out. I realize it was pretty soiled. I wish they'd told me before they started that it probably wouldn't come out and give me the option to cancel. Ended up replacing carpet after paying nearly $400 to have them cleaned :-(

Their technicians are always courteous and neat. Carpets and rugs are pre-treated with a citrus based cleaner to help remove any set-in stains or discoloration. The steam cleaning process is chemical free which leaves your carpet clean and free of detergent residue which causes carpet fibers to attract dirt. I have used them for over 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their process and service.
You stand by your commitment and sevice. The pet urine removal for cats reall works.
I like the fact that there is nothing left behind in my carpet and your technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We had some stains that did not come out so you came back and we paid for some extraction thing. We still have a problem in one spot and I am not sure if that is something that can be corrected. Technician said the stain would not come back after the last treatment of $65, but it has begun to come back already. It has been just under 2 weeks. Any comments about this would be appreciated.

There are only patches of clean on the couch. I would appreciate someone coming out to do a proper job. I feel the tech was rushed due to his truck being down. Curtis was very nice, but did a poor job. With 100% satisfaction, I believe this is what needs to happen. Thank you for your time and consideration.

great cleaning and dependable employees
We really liked the representative that came out to our home - Ben. He was knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the process. Most of all, he was personable and professional - we weren't at all uncomfortable having him come into our home. Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used per did not leave the carpet soaked, it dried quickly and smelled amazing!! We will NEVER use anyone else and have told all of our friends and family. My apologies for not responding to your survey earlier, we had an issue with email. Thank you again for great service.

Explained everything that was going to happen.
Serviceman was cordial, punctual and very informative. The only thing I noticed is that he did not wipe the floor around the carpet edge, otherwise a great job.
Environmentally safe products in carpet cleaning. Carpets looked brighter after cleaning.
The representative was very courteous and considerate.
Service was prompt and efficient. Tech was polite and explained what he was going to do. End result exceeded my expectations.
One suggestion for improvement... Part of the service provided was tile/grout cleaning. The circular rotary pressure-washer was unable to clean up to the edge of the floor and left the corners untouched despite the tech's best efforts. I don't know if there is a hand tool that could be used to better finish the job, rather than me resorting to a toothbrush on the last inch or so, but the need is deserving of thorough research on any available, practical options.
