The cleanliness of the carpet. The carpet is clean and very soft after it dries. The employees are very nice and informed.
Natural way to clean and some of the nicest service people in the business. Patrick was very thorough and walked with us through every room once the cleaning was done to make sure we approved of the work done.

The kitchen counter and floor were pretty good. Against the wall was not as good.
Upstairs the floor was ok and the shower was just ok. Lots of loose dirt still on the floor. Still lots of stains. I wish the guy had said- hey. I tired or something to indicate that he tried hard.

Hello - The service is excellent!! I am so happy with my carpets and Trevor was very understanding and efficient. His customer service was exceptional. :-) I will be using Zerorez in the future!!
Then customer service was spectacular. Angie was very flexible in scheduling our appointment and the young man that cleaned our floors was equally impressive. There was a clear difference in the look and overall feel of the floors.
The young man that proformed our service was knowledgable,
very polite, and worked hard to ensure all spots were removed,
as we were moving into the home the next day. It was clean
and dry ready when the movers arrived.

2. We have been using you for 10 plus years. You've helped us keep a 12 plus year, light-colored Berber carpet "alive" and viable.
The carpet feels clean, no true harsh odors and it doesn't seem to instantly attract the dirt, oils from the family using it daily.
It did a good job on getting up the stains we had on our carpet
technician was early, very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended additional products I may like, but wasn't pushy about it. I had most things cleared out, but he helped move what was remaining. Was done in less than 2 hrs and even wiped up floor behind him, leaving me with clean, fresh smelling carpets. Will definitely be using Zerorez in the future and telling my friends as well!
