Actually my technician was great but I don’t like how little was said up front regarding the stain guarding. It’s a bit deceiving to be given one quote and made to believe you will have one price when you end up spending much more. I do not plan to use your company again due to the lack of transparency up front.

fabulous customer service and quality work. ZeroRez initially came out and missed a couple of spots, but came back out at no cost and made the situation right. We will certainly be using ZeroRez again for future needs.

Besides the glitch of a broken hose which sprayed the cleaning fluid which did not allow the vacuum to pick up all the soap and water the service was good. A call back was addressed immediately and the floors were rinsed with vinegar and re vacuumed to eliminate the sticky film. I am still dealing with a few areas which show signs of the soap residue, but I am cleaning those areas with vinegar and will mop ALL the floors in the next day or so with another vinegar rinse to make sure all the soap film is gone.

Zach arrived with an almost empty water tank, and tried unacceptable options to use water at our site. He was very nice, but not properly trained in general. When he left (after leaving and coming back, 3 hours total, my carpet was not clean). I called, and your company sent Corey this week. Corey was very good. There seemed to be a damp smell after Zach left as well. I think that's gone now.

I am extremely happy about the results of my recent visit. I am very likely to recommend Zerorez to anyone that asks about cleaning requirements.

I have used your company several times before and the past results were great. However, this time, the carpet looks the same as it did before it was cleaned and I don’t think the service lived up to my experience from previous times. The cleaning of three rooms took about 30 mins and felt rushed. Because of the couple of pet stains we had, the technician sold me the pet remover solution that he had to mix up and apply to the stains. Once the carpet was dry, the stains were still there. Also, the carpet in our family room still loooked dingy in the main traffic areas where in previous times cleaned up like new. If a supervisor at the main office would like to contact me to talk further about this, they are more than welcome to do so. Thanks.
