The cleaning was nothing short of amazing. Our technician Brad was so cordial and explained the process to us very thoroughly. He is a fine example of a dedicated employee who works hard. We will certainly use Zerorez again.

We were very disappointed in the mild results we saw in our tile and grout cleaning. We paid over $500 for something that was not impressive. Then after complaining to a manager the techs did a different technique and told us “sometimes the grout can’t be cleaned well”. Shouldn’t the tech have done a test area first???? We would have never paid over $500 if we had known it wasn’t going to work. THEN after the second application, there was a greasy residue left on the tile that we could wipe with a paper towel. I have photos and video if you would like to see it for yourself. We are extremely disappointed and would like a full refund. We have used other companies in the past and seen great results. ZeroRez was a disappointment
Take out pet stains& crayon on carpet. Technican professional& friendly.
I like the products used and the fact that they dry pretty fast and no water left in carpets. No smell from any chemicals and no mess made by men who did the job.

I like it that they are non-toxic, that they smell natural and clean, that they work well and the carpets are clean and fresh smelling, and that I don't have to worry about walking around without shoes or breathing harmful chemicals. I also like the the friendly people who come to clean the carpets. Brad Swain has come twice now and I recommended you and him to my father when he needed his tile cleaned.
