The gentleman that cleaned my sofa explained everything to me and was very professional about it. He did a fantastic job in cleaning a very smelly sofa which does not smell any more. I do not remember his name but would want him to return if I needed his services again. Very polite and knowledgeable about his product.

Lack of assistance, did not even move any furniture to clean entire carpet. Master bedroom and walk in closet not cleaned as well.

He went over and over some spots that were troublesome on my recliner and 4 dining room chairs. I didn't think they would come out. He exceeded my expectations! I will reccomend Zerorez to everyone. I was extremely thrilled with the service I received from Michael. He was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. The new brush machine he used was awesome...I couldn't believe what it pulled out of my rug. I was so amazed I had to take a picture of it to show my husband. I tried this service because I was not satisfied with other services I used in the past. I liked that they use green cleaning products because I have a cat. Most of my problem were pet stains that reoccured. They were awful....these seemed to come out with the cleaning. I also bought their cleaning spray for touch up if needed....All in all I was happy with the job and hope it will remain spot free for awhile.

My husband made the appt but personally speaking, I liked my technician that came to the house. Very smart and informative about the process and an absolute cutie pie.
