Got out even the carpet stains we thought were permanent... thank you!
The gentlemen showed up to clean the grout in the living room and kitchen as well as rugs in the master. He was in and out in an hour including smoke breaks - grout and floors left wet with dirty residue and the grout still looks dirty. Called office to discuss - no response. Charged almost $500 for one hour's worth of poor quality work.
Fast, no chemicals and friendly people
Timely and efficient, but also quite expensive for what was done. Almost $300.00 for a couch and a loveseat.

I had received numerous recommendations for your service.
While you tech Rob was very nice and professional he seemed extremely rushed. He did four-plus, very large rooms in less then 1 hour, including set up and break down.
The results were not what I expected. While there was built up dirt, this was high grade carpet and never cleaned before so I expected a drastic change.
I don’t know if spending more time would have made a difference, but one quick pass and leaving was not what I expected for over $200

Very clean. Only issue I had was carpet was still wet 8 hours later.
Did not spend enough time on the areas of concern. These areas were pointed out prior to the cleaning. At the end of the cleaning they still needed attention. The tech went back over some of the areas that were identified and they came clean with the extra effort. However, by going back over them, I'm sure the protection that I paid extra for was removed. Also, I found other areas that needed that extra attention after he left. My carpet is not as clean as I had hoped and I do not feel the extra protection remains on the carpet since it was treated before he did some extra cleaning on the area. Also, the carpet was extremely wet in areas. It took much more than 8 hours to dry.
I never used Zerorez before, but needed my tile floor and grout cleaned because the previous occupant of my home had a dog that really stained the floor. Kaden — of the JAX Zerorez team — did a great job!

My technician was an 1.5 late
Dirt tracks left on wood floors had to be cleaned after technician departed. Resiude left on floor afte rmachine simply moved it around.
