I had a wonderful experience with Zerorez!! Our carpet in the master bedroom was seriously stained and the technician spent a tremendous amount of time treating the stains and was extremely successful in removing the stains!! Thank you!!

Zerorez did a wonderful job. Corey was outstanding! He explained the process and answered any questions I had. The rug looks better than it had when I used other services.
I very much liked that the associate asked me about any spots I noticed, and he immediately pre-treated them and scrubbed them. The chair that was cleaned looks so much better - he was able to get out very old stains. I no longer feel like I have to put a blanket over the chair to hide how it looks, because it looks great now.
Great, professional service. Technician was outstanding. However, I didn't get the deep cleaning I was hoping for on my kitchen tile (we just purchased this home and the kitchen tile was pretty gross). It looks much, much better than it did, but it needed extra attention that it didn't receive (the tech was very fast) and it's still "dirty." The bathrooms (the tile of which was newer and "cleaner") looks perfect. Great job. The tech just needed to take extra time on the kitchen that it didn't receive, but I don't think even he realized how dirty the tile actually was.

We have carpet that hasn't been professionally cleaned since my wife bought the house 10 years ago, so after being recommended by a couple friends, we called Zerorez. The 1st tech, who came over on June 1, was very attentive, but quite frankly, didn't do a very good job (Carpet left very wet, stains not taken out and a couple mystery stains that popped up while he was pre treating the carpet and you could see places he missed in the living room) So, I contacted Zerorez the next day to let them know. The lady I talked with was very apologetic and wanted to get someone out ASAP to get these issues tended to. Today, Friday, June 7, Zack and Darius showed up at my door and WOW! What a difference. They recleaned the living room, recleaned the bedroom (which we weren't unhappy with) and recleaned the hallways and got the mystery stains out. The carpet looks brand new! I have gone from wanting to give Zerorez a low rating and ripping them a new one, to singing their praises from the mountain top!
Anyone can have a bad experience with any company, but not every company will take the time to make sure that having the problems corrected is as pleasant as our recleaning was!
I really want to thank Zerorez and especially Zack and Darius for making our experience a great one!

Our carpets were very dirty prior to ZeroRez cleaning them. With two kids and 4 pets this happens quickly. ZeroRez made them looking sparkling new again! They are reasonably priced, quick and efficient.
