The tech. was great and did a great job.

They put “protectors” on corners so the hoses don’t scratch them. They use products to get out tough stains and they leave your house with carpets clean and smelling fresh. “T” was very courteous and a hard worker!

Person who came to my house was very deliberate and carefully went 0ver everything involving the cleaning. He was thorough in the cleaning. I did not feel that he rushed to get the job done. We are very pleased with the carpets.

Carpet cleaning is CLEANING and should include a vacuum before the cleaning (done by the cleaners). I found lots of pet hair still in the carpet after the cleaning.

Tech was very good. Had him do my stairs also. One looks kike it wasn’t cleaned, site it was but I cleaned it myself. I’ll see how it looks after it dries. Again tech very prompt, courteous and did a good job. I know the carpet on the stairs are worn but the step in talk big about looks particularly bad

I was happy with the individual who did the carpets and tile. The quality of the work was excellent.

The big problem I had is that the cost paid ($358.50) was significantly higher than the $250.00 estimate that we received when my wife first contacted the representative at your office. The problem was that the tile square footage was about double what the worker expected. So he measured and then went through a confusing discussion of additional costs and special discounts. I agreed to have the work done but certainly had hoped that he (and the company) could have honored (somewhere close at least) the $250.00 original estimate. If the increased cost is minor, this is one thing, but over $100 more is not acceptable to me. Could we be considered for a reimbursement down to a $300 overall cost? I greatly appreciate you listening and would a appreciate a call early next week at your convenience. Thanks very much and I look forward to hearing from you.
