My tile does not look any cleaner than before the service was performed so that’s disappointing! I guess I should not have been surprised bc when the tech arrived he was pretty intense when talking to me and told me the areas I wanted cleaned weren’t going to look clean when he was done- our house is only 2 years old...so, this surprised me. Also, my technician left my hardwood floors a TOTAL mess and I had to mop them twice once he left- he had to walk across them to get to our tiled areas.

When I originally called to get a quote for cleaning my upholstered couch, chair and ottomon, I also inquired about getting them re-scotch guarded or protected as the rep stated. The quote over the phone was approximately $65 to provide this additional service. On the date of service, the cleaner did not have this factored into the quote and when it was added on, added $100 to my bill. I am also disappointed in the quality of the protectant. Liquids still abosrb and stain my couch and I thought the protectant would prevent this. (I have small children and some spills are inevitable). I was hoping adding the protectant would help extend the life of the sofa but if it does not prevent stains, I do not understand the purpose it provides.

Always receive good results from the services rendered. Technician was well mannered and personable. Great care was given to protect walls and floors. Highly recommend our tech and the company.

Service was great. The young man was very attentive how he cleaned the carpets. He got almost of the spots out, more than I thought he could have.

Technician Dale Traylor was very professional, explained the whole cleaning process, asked what carpet areas we were concerned about and how he was going to address them and made sure not to disrupt any non carpeted areas.

Had to get a second service call which was done without hesitation and promptly. Issue resolved. Professional and courteous service.

Zach was my Zerorez technician. Great guy! He was very thorough and professional and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. I had a couch, love seat, chair, and three area rugs cleaned - they look brand new! Plus, it's comforting to know that everything is Zerorez clean! Excellent job done! Rugs looked like new, and loved that there was no chemical smell when he was done. The service rep was very polite and helpful.

The floors still look as if they were not cleaned. Not pleased with service this time, looked much better last time. Not sure what was different.

I get quick turnaround on my available dates for service. They call with a reminder and ask if there are any questions prior to the service. I am never left wondering when they will arrive - they always come within the window of time, and call as they are on their way. The technician walks with me through my house as I point out problem areas. And I am amazed at how clean my carpet looks afterwards.

I wish I had done more research before I hired you. The last company I used sent 2 people, vacuumed the floor before they cleaned it, (you told me to do that in your email) moved some furniture (didn't expect me to help them), had the 2nd person guide the hoses so they didn't scratch my walls, and were more diligent in keeping the door as closed as possible.
When your employee came, very little effort was put in keeping the door only slightly open, my husband finally put a bungee cord to secure it so it was only open may 6-8 inches instead of wide open, and our hallway was scratched by the hoses.
Darius was polite but I feel not properly trained to provide the best service, plus it really should be a 2 person job. Yes, I'm willing to pay more for that.

They came out quickly and did a fantastic job. My only complaint was I wanted my hardwood floors done and they only have one machine and it was on a different truck.

My carpeting was cleaned quickly and dried within a few hours. It looked almost brand new.

Although I do love Zerorez over their competitors, It was Ammon Bennion that brought Zerorez over the top for me. He did an excellent job and this was probably only the second time he did my house over the years and I have been using Zerorez since they had come to town. I wasn't as impressed with other techs as I have been with him.
