In cleaning my carpet, Dale was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He covered what to expect from the cleaning and what not to expect.
The revisit went much more smoothly and the carpet looks good.
Our technician did a fairly good job. We were disappointed in that it took two days for the carpet to dry, so could not put the furniture back in place.
Also, he must not have had another job that day as he was in no hurry to leave.

I've used zero rez before but this time, the carpets looked like they were brand new. My husband even asked if they had been replaced. We were very pleased and will be asking for the same person to come out to clean them the next time.
Rico is a 10, but I find ZeroRez to be quite pricey for what you get (tile cleaning).
