Excellent service. Customer service phoned to confirm and the driver phoned to update on arrival within promised time frame window. The carpets are about 15 years old and Zero Rez brought some new life back to the look. I am extremely pleased with the service and products received. This company is a definite go to for professional cleaning.

Zerorez's technician showed up in a timely manner. He checked out the carpeting in each room, identifying areas needing special attention, and proceeded with cleaning. The carpeting looks great.

Called before they arrived and arrive on time. Michael and Mat were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were mindful of our home and contents so no damage was done. They cleaned up after themselves and we had wonderful results. Our rug came clean and the tile and grout looked like new.

My carpet is 3 years old and a light beige so it shows everything and is started to show wear in heavy traffic areas. Reagan came in made it look great again. He was also very professional and dressed nicely. He wore a button down oxford which was actually pressed. I’ve never seen a carpet cleaning company be professionally dressed. He made a great impression on me and my carpets look great. I will definitely use them again and will specifically request Reagan.
