Any time I've ever had them do my carpets they let me know when they'll be here and they are unless something came up and them they call to let me know they'll be late and when that will be. They are very professional, they come in and look everything over and let me know exactly what they are going to be doing and then they do it. Our young man that came out this time, Matthew, was very polite and did a wonderful job for us.

Very Professional and Courteous. Associate explained exactly what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions before and after cleaning.
