The guys who came out to clean the office were great, friendly and had the whole building completed faster than promised. It was great to see the under promise and over deliver concept.
Price for portions of sectional to include clean and pet protection was a little steep ($60/section is outrageous for 2' X 3' max. area).
Might get better response for your services from veterans if you offered discount (not just on holidays - who would schedule service on a holiday anyway).

It looks like we may have had a miscommunication with respect to our veterans' promotions. Any time we run those specials, they are always good for the entire month. You do not have to schedule on Veteran's Day or Memorial Day to receive the discount. I'm sorry for any confusion. The cleaning team did not clean the carpet under the beds. They were easy to move since they have wheels. Or they could have asked us to help them move them or ask us what we wanted to do about it.
