It’s not that I’m disappointed, I think my expectations were higher, with hearing all your advertising, I guess I expected more. I did have my tile in my bathroom cleaned, but it did not turn out to what I expected. Is the floor cleaned? Yes, but it did not remove hairspray from grout... my carpets appear clean, but they were not excessively dirty.

I have used Zeroez because i was never charged if there happen to be a stain on the carpet and it needed some work. Zerorez is still high my list but I will be shopping around for additional companies that provide high quality service without being up charged,
