The young man who cleaned our tile and grout was so thorough and professional. He went over all the trouble areas and showed us imperfections made during tile installation which he could not remedy. He left us with a clean floor and no mess.

Overall everything turned out well. The tech was friendly and professional. My major issue was that I only had 2 areas with spots on the carpet and the stains were not removed or even lessened. When paying almost $1,000 for your services I was hoping for better results. The rest of the areas look great but I was just hoping for better results in a few trouble areas.

Zerotes does a great job cleaning my chiseled stone floors. Highly recommended them.

The carpet looks very good. The tech seemed disorganized and his equipment needed attention. When he left, he forgot 2 spray bottles of chemical and some carpet cones. The 2 times I had the carpet cleaned by you previously it just seemed more professional. But again the carpet looks good and the tech didnt say anything sideways--I guess he just seemed new on the job.

Personnel are always friendly and helpful. Job is done well and in a timely manner.
