While the technician was wonderful and exceedingly thorough, I was not pleased with the final results of the Xerorez process. We have off-white carpet, and after it was dry, there are many places in all rooms where the carpet has streaks of darker color and you can see where the process started/stopped.
First of all, Vera who gave me my original quote, was very kind and helpful. She quoted me the charges and let me know what special offers I was eligible for this procedure. The technician, Gerard, called me 15- 20 minutes before he was to arrive, and then he arrived on time. That doesn't happen very often. He was an extremely kind and very hard working person. He did an excellent job on my carpet and sofa & loveseat. I will definitely only use Zerorez in the future. I will like to use Gerard again. He was terrific!!!! Thanks for a wonderful FIRST experience with your company. John Banks

Don't remember the tech's name but you should be proud he works with you. Truly terrific, gentlemanly, effective, quick, etc, etc. Blonde hair, long in the front, young guy. Looks like a surfer.
