Historically we had never used a professional cleaning service, instead opting to clean and spot treat our carpet ourselves using a home carpet cleaner. We knew there'd be a difference when professionally done, but that difference with Zerorez was far greater than we ever expected. Brad was fantastic. After a walkthrough of the rooms needing attention (including specific problem areas and high-traffic areas), he identified how he'd treat the areas and helped set proper expectations based on the products he'd use. Brad felt confident he'd be able to take care of the areas of concern, and the results exceeded our expectations. Brad takes pride in his work, and the results are apparent. We will be scheduling a second appointment to treat the remaining rooms of the house, and will be certain to request Brad.

There was a high traffic area that appeared to be clean when he was here but stains showed up after it dried. He came back the next day and got the stain out completely.

Rico did an exceptional job here on Friday. He is a hardcore worker. My stomach floor was super dirty and I love it as it looks brand new. Thank you Rico. He also did the master bedroom carpet and varroa area rug out the door to clean at factory. Rico is the Best.

The rep. Andrew, was great...prompt, helpful, professional etc. No problem with his efforts.
The disappointment comes from the "finished product" after hearing all the ads that tell how great zerorez is...and how much better your process is...the end result was far from good.
The "surface" dirt on the rug remains and you can see a darker area where the process did not clean. Andrew did mention...up front... that a more thorough cleaning could be done if the carpet were to brought into your shop for cleaning. We declined, and elected to have it cleaned here because of the age of the rug, (24mos), the initial cost of the rug was not that great, rug is in a very low traffic area, as well as the reputation of Zerorez...we felt comfortable having the rug cleaned in our home.
Andrew did come back the next day...but did not do additional work on the darkened area as he felt that he had done all he could do on the initial visit.
Rug is (syn) a patterned Ivory color, stain is a noticeable grey in a very low traffic area.
Other than putting furniture over the area...what do you suggest to do to eliminate this grey area??? Txs. and looking forward to hearing from you....Name removed Phone number removed

Brad is a very likeable competent technician. Our carpets are clean and soft and took less time to dry than with other methods and companies.

Mitch was very knowledgable and considerate. The carpets looked amazing afterward and we couldn't be happier with the results and service.

Branson was very cordial and informative of what was requested and additional services available. We did add the fabric treatment to the sofa/loveseat. The work performed was excellent and definitely noticed the difference with the carpet and furniture. The tile grout in the kitchen did lighten once dried, but was hoping it would get back to original. Will consider another treatment when we do the patio and possibly seal it again.

I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
